Da qualsiasi autostrada, raggiungere il G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) e prendere l'uscita 23 Via Appia Nuova, direzione "San Giovanni", e seguire le indicazioni per il Centro. Dopo 8 km arriverete in Piazza Re di Roma, da lì seguire le indicazioni verso la Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano e prendere via Emanuele Filiberto, al 5° incrocio sulla destra prendere per Viale Manzoni, dopo 400 metri troverete Via Principe Umberto, è il penultimo incrocio sulla sinistra, siamo al nr. 77.

If you land in Fiumicino, the fastest way to reach the B&B is the Leonardo Express Train, you will be at the station in half an hour, the price is 28 euros per pax (round trip ticket). From the station to the B&B is five minutes by feet. In alternative, you can take a shuttle bus, is cheaper (15 euros per pax round trip ticket) but it takes more time (1 hour) and the time to reach the B&B is approximately 15 minutes.
If you land in Ciampino you can take a shuttle bus, the price is 8 euros for the round trip ticket.
Se atterrate a Fiumicino, il mezzo più veloce per arrivare al B&B è la navetta Leonardo Express, impiega mezzora e il costo per il biglietto andata e ritorno è di 28 euro. Il terminal del Leonardo Express è a soli 5 minuti dal B&B . In alternativa è possibile prendere un bus shuttle, impiega circa 1 ora ed il costo è di 15 euro andata e ritorno.
Se atterrate a Ciampino, la scelta obbligata è il shuttle bus, il costo per andata e ritorno è di 8 euro.
By feet from Central Train Station, Termini/ a piedi dalla Stazione Termini
The best way to come to the B&B from the Termini Station is, always staying inside the station, going to platform 25 (Leonardo Express Platform for the Airport), going downstairs to Exit/Via Giolitti, always following the same direction through Via Giolitti, after 150 metres, you have to turn on the right to Via Guglielmo Pepe (it looks like a little square and there is a Theatre) and then on the left, that is the start of via Principe Umberto, we are on the left side at the end of the street. La via migliore per arrivare al B&B è rimanere all’interno della Stazione Termini e seguire le indicazioni per il binario 25 dove parte il treno “ Leonardo Express” per l’aeroporto di Fiumicino. Arrivati al binario scendere le scale in direzione dell’Uscita/Via Giolitti, prendere Via Giolitti nella stessa direzione e dopo 150 metri girare a destra in Via Guglielmo Pepe (sembra una piccola Piazza e c’è il Teatro Ambra Jovinelli), subito a sinistra inizia via Principe Umberto, siamo sulla sinistra alla fine della strada.
